What is the corporate Mentor hub?
The Corporate Virtual Mentor Hub is an innovative platform designed to connect professional Mentors from various industries with young women from across Australia. This program will provide valuable career guidance, networking opportunities, and skill development to help Mentees achieve their career aspirations.
By leveraging corporate volunteering programs, Mentors can dedicate their time and expertise during designated volunteering hours. The program not only benefits the young women by offering personalised advice and support but also allows corporations to actively engage in community-building efforts, fulfill their corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals, and contribute to the empowerment of the next generation of female leaders.
This Mentoring Hub will serve as our most ambitious and largest initiative, reaching Mentees in rural, regional, and urban areas, ensuring that geographic barriers do not hinder access to Mentorship. Through virtual sessions, Mentors and Mentees will engage in meaningful conversations about career progression, industry insights, and the development of soft and hard skills, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
The impact of this program is twofold: for Mentees, it opens doors to guidance from experienced professionals; for corporations, it provides a structured, impactful way to contribute to gender equity and diversity in the workplace by supporting young women at critical stages of their career journeys.
